The PVPM1500X IV curve tracer from PV-Engineering is a portable system for photovoltaic systems up to 1500V and 20A. It is designed for EPCs, operators of large solar parks, inspectors and service companies who need a reliable and precise solution for field measurements. With the PVPM1500X IV curve tracer, you can quickly and easily check the performance of standard modules and conventional PV systems.
he PVPM1500X enables precise IV curve measurement of PV modules, strings and arrays up to 1500V/20A. Key parameters such as peak power (Pmax) as well as the resistances Rs and Rp are recorded. This allows errors and deviations to be detected directly in the field and optimization measures to be implemented quickly.
With a robust plastic housing, integrated battery power supply and external wide-range charger, the device is ideal for regular field use. Operation is via a high-contrast TFT touch display with a clear menu structure. Even without extensive training, reliable measurements can be carried out immediately. Measurement results can be easily transferred to a PC via USB, archived and further processed.
Note: The PVPM1500X is not suitable for high-efficiency modules. For these, we recommend the PVPM1540X IV curve tracer, which has been specially developed for high-performance and bifacial modules.
