ISE Fraunhofer

Outdoor precision reference

Description

The outdoor precision references from the Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg offer one of the highest accuracies available on the market. These sensors are available with or without an absorption filter, making them suitable for referencing different technologies. The sensor can also be equipped with an RTD temperature sensor for cell temperature compensation.

Temperature Sensor Module RTD PT100

Description

The external module temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the backside of the module. For this purpose, an RTD PT100 with an accuracy class of 1/3 DIN is employed.

4-wire measuring cable

Description

4-wire power measuring cable (set red/black) for the PVPM 1000 V / 1500 V, 1.5 mm² / 2.5 mm², length 10 m (others on request). This measuring cable connects the PVPM measuring device for the measurement with the module or string to be tested.

Description

The extension cable for the external surface sensor PT100 can be used if the standard 10-meter connection cable is not sufficient. The total length of the sensor connection cable should preferably not exceed 25 meters.
