The PVPM1540X – our most powerful solution – is designed for large solar parks in the mega- or gigawatt range, which also deploy high-performance modules.
Measuring high-efficiency modules places high demands on measuring devices. We have designed our PVPM1540X to measure all modules available on the market without any limiting constraints. The PVPM1540X is a portable device housed in a robust plastic case with an integrated battery power supply and external wide-range charger. Using a patented process, the device directly calculates the peak power, Rs, and Rp from a measured I-V curve at the installation site of the PV system. The device is equipped with a powerful mini industrial PC and a high-contrast, high-resolution TFT touch display, making it independent of additional equipment. Operation is intuitive and software-guided via the display. No special training is required. For data transfer to a PC, it features a standard USB interface.

- Other commercially available sensors can be connected via interference-free cable connection
- 4-wire measuring cable to the generator avoids systematic voltage measurement errors
- Additionally, the measurement of the module's rear-side temperature is possible using the standard RTD PT100 module temperature sensor included
- Long-term measurements of I-V curves in adjustable time intervals
Connection only permitted to current-limited direct current sources (e.g. photovoltaic generators)!
